In 2014, the Hub located at 2525 9th Avenue South Fargo was completely remodeled to form a truly unique, high-end venue, and the Avalon Events Center was born! The renovations gutted the facility and created a new showplace in Fargo with five banquet ballrooms with state-ofthe-art audio, visual and digital technology to support corporate, non-profit, fundraisers, tradeshows, and memorable weddings.
The Avalon Events Center rapidly became the premier facility in Fargo for Weddings and Corporate Events.
Leah Halvorson joined the Avalon team in 2019 as the Wedding Manager. Halvorson prides herself in the diversity of events the Avalon has to offer and believes that is what makes the Avalon unique in its industry. “We can do a very intimate wedding ceremony and dinner,” says Halvorson. “Or we can have a huge modern blowout banquet with the event lighting and live band on stage.”
