Gjesdahl Law, P.C. just celebrated 32 years of providing quality legal service to families in North Dakota and Minnesota. The firm consists of seven lawyers, four paralegals, and three support staff, devoted to helping families in need.
Gjesdahl Law is the largest family law firm north of the Twin Cities. Unlike solo family law practitioners, Gjesdahl Law engages in a very collaborative approach to its cases to ensure their clients have a full team of professionals walking side-by-side with them through their case.
Senior Shareholder Leah duCharme joined Gjesdahl Law, P.C. in 2000 as a paralegal– and became a practicing attorney for the firm in 2007. duCharme graduated with distinction from the UND School of Law and was accepted into the Order of the Coif (an honor bestowed to the top 10% of graduating class). Her practice is exclusively devoted to serving and helping families as a litigator, negotiator, and mediator. As a wife, and mother of two children, duCharme appreciates the importance of family, and strives to help other families navigate through difficult times and life-changing transitions.
